3. Service Pricing and Payment
Pricing Structure
- Lead Discovery: $40 per qualified lead
- Targeted Advertising: $50 per qualified lead
- Premium Network: $60 per qualified lead
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon delivery of leads
- Minimum order of 10 leads per campaign
- Invoices are payable within 30 days
- Late payments may incur additional fees
4. Lead Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all leads provided will:
- Contain accurate contact information
- Match your specified targeting criteria
- Be verified through our quality assurance process
- Include relevant demographic and behavioral data
If a lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate targeting specifications
- Use leads in compliance with applicable laws
- Respect privacy and anti-spam regulations
- Provide feedback on lead quality when requested
- Make payments according to agreed terms
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:

7. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
CrystalWave's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

10. Service Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance

11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Access to our services will be discontinued

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
